Module 3 · Lesson 7 of 7
Academic Task 1 practice
A 20-minute routine with checkpoints, a self-check you first try on a flawed answer, and four timed tasks (line graph, table, process, two visuals) with samples to compare.
In this lesson
- Follow a 20-minute routine with fixed checkpoints, so that you finish Task 1 on time and leave Task 2 its full 40 minutes.
- Plan any Task 1 answer in four short lines in about two minutes.
- Use a three-minute final sweep to catch the errors that cost the most, and a 13-question self-check, based on the four criteria, to find the weak spots in each answer.
- Write complete answers to four different kinds of visual under timed conditions, then compare them with our samples.
